Dr. Olivia Herriford. is the principal at Herriford Consulting, a consulting firm to organizations that’s mission is to improve performance through effective leadership, processes, and culture. Dr. Herriford works with individuals and teams to define their goals, assess their current situation, and develop plans to close the gap. The value she brings to RECHARGE is her breadth of experience - twenty-five years in high-technology management, ten years as a facilitator of strategic planning, eight years of service on non-profit boards, and most recently, over two years as university faculty teaching graduate management and business. All of her work fulfills her personal life purpose - to receive and to share wisdom.
